HW scoring saw blades “KO-F” LEUCO, nn-System are intended for panel saws with a scoring device. They are used for scoring laminated and veneered wood-based materials. What the LEUCO design provides: special NoNoise chip clearance geometry, tooth form: conical flat “KO-F” and cutting material: HW HL Board 04 plus. What the manufacturer highlights: fast setting, universal application, excellent cut quality through improved flatness, and a reduced scoring depth. This range covers 16 versions: outside diameter from 120 to 280 mm, bore from 20 to 80 mm, cutting width from 3.1 to 4.85 mm and number of teeth from 24 to 60. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP), alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Notes on use: adjustable to the kerf thickness of the main blade by vertical adjustment of the shaft, 1 mm of scoring depth = 0.21 mm of cutting width, and optimal scoring depth 1.0 - 2.0 mm.
