HW scoring saw blades “KO-WS” LEUCO are aimed at panel saws with a scoring device. The tool is used for scoring laminated and veneered wood-based materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: tooth form: conical alternate top bevel “KO-WS” and cutting material: HW HL Board 04 plus. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: reduced cutting force thanks to the conical alternate top bevel “KO-WS” tooth form, better tool life than the HL Board 03 plus grade, excellent cut quality through improved flatness, and a reduced scoring depth. The range comes in 49 versions: outside diameter from 100 to 300 mm, bore from 20 to 80 mm, cutting width from 3 to 5.9 mm and number of teeth from 20 to 72. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). To consider before ordering: adjustable to the kerf thickness of the main blade by vertical adjustment of the shaft, and optimal scoring depth 1.0 - 2.0 mm.
