Description
HW segmented hoggers LEUCO, circular position “WS” equip sizing machines and double-end tenoners. Applications intended by the manufacturer: the chip-free sizing of raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. Design details given by the manufacturer: saw blade tooth form: alternate top bevel “WS”. Benefits claimed in use: excellent cut quality through high flatness and concentricity precision, and optimal hogging of offcuts through the split cut. The article group brings together 24 versions: outside diameter from 300 to 355 mm, bore from 60 to 80 mm, cutting width from 30 to 40 mm and number of teeth from 54 to 108. Cutting material: carbide (HW).
