HW segmented hoggers LEUCO, stepped position “WS” are designed for use on sizing machines and double-end tenoners. Their field of application covers the chip-free sizing of raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. Stated design features: saw blade tooth form: alternate top bevel “WS”. Claimed strengths: excellent cut quality through high flatness and concentricity precision, and optimal hogging of offcuts through the split cut. The series comprises 14 versions: outside diameter from 300 to 355 mm, bore from 60 to 80 mm, cutting width from 30 to 40 mm and number of teeth from 48 to 84. Cutting material: carbide (HW).
