HW segmented hoggers, sleeve-mounted for finger jointing lines are designed for use on finger jointing lines. Their field of application covers the chip-free crosscutting of solid wood. Claimed strengths: a particular cutting geometry for a chip-free cut and long tool life, precise fitting of the mini finger joints, and a reduced noise level.
