HW segmented hoggers, sleeve-mounted LEUCO

Description

HW segmented hoggers, sleeve-mounted LEUCO are aimed at double-end tenoners and edge banding machines. The tool is used for the chip-free sizing of raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: saw blade tooth form: flat “F”, Ø 200 mm: max. speed = 9,500 rpm and Ø 250 mm: max. speed = 7,600 rpm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: excellent cut quality through high flatness and concentricity precision, and optimal hogging of offcuts through the split cut. The range comes in 22 versions: outside diameter from 200 to 250 mm, bore from 35 to 40 mm, cutting width of 18 mm and number of teeth from 40 to 72. Cutting material: carbide (HW).
