HW segments for segmented hoggers LEUCO, stepped position are part of the LEUCO tool programme for machining wood and panels. They are used for the complete hogging of offcuts in wood-based materials. What the LEUCO design provides: the segments can be used on the right and on the left. What the manufacturer highlights: no breakout on exit, either in the cross cut or in the rip cut. This range covers 16 versions. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Notes on use: ready for mounting on HW segmented hoggers Ø 250 mm (old version) / Ø 300 mm - Ø 430 mm, the segments are to be mounted only as a set; a set consists of 4 HW segments for Ø 250 mm (old version) / 6 HW segments for Ø 300 - 430 mm, and suited to scoring/hogging (RZ) and to double hogging (DZ).
