Description

HW shoulder cutters LEUCO are aimed at finger jointing lines. The tool is used for finger jointing with a straight shoulder in hardwoods and softwoods. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: a very strong steel body, Ø 160 mm: max. speed = 11,800 rpm, Ø 239 mm: max. speed = 7,900 rpm and Ø 250 mm: max. speed = 7,400 rpm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: excellent tool life thanks to the use of a cutting material matched to the workpiece material and to the spiral arrangement of the teeth, and high stability thanks to a reinforced back. The range comes in 3 versions: outside diameter from 160 to 250 mm, bore of 70 mm, cutting width of 11.2 mm and number of teeth from 4 to 6. Cutting material: carbide (HW). To consider before ordering: in combination with mini finger joint cutters of the same Ø and the same pitch, and Ø 239 mm (half shoulder) only with scorers.
