Description
HW shoulder jointing cutters LEUCO, easyFix equip finger jointing lines. Applications intended by the manufacturer: square-shouldered finger jointing in hardwoods and softwoods. Design details given by the manufacturer: very strong steel body, Ø 149 mm: max. speed = 12,700 rpm and Ø 239 mm: max. speed = 7,900 rpm. Benefits claimed in use: excellent tool life thanks to the use of a cutting material matched to the material being worked and to the spiral arrangement of the teeth, high stability thanks to a reinforced back, pin holes allowing a Fibonacci arrangement and an easyFix chuck for more comfortable tooling up. The article group brings together 2 versions: outside diameter from 149 to 239 mm, bore of 70 mm, cutting width of 3.6 mm and number of teeth from 4 to 6. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: in combination with finger jointing cutters of the same Ø and the same pitch, and Ø 149 mm and Ø 239 mm (half shoulder) only with scorers.
