HW sizing saw blades “TR-F”, 5° rake angle are designed for use on table saws and vertical panel saws. Their field of application covers the ripping and sizing of laminated and veneered wood-based materials. Stated design features: tooth form: trapezoidal-flat “TR-F” and cutting material: HW HL Board 06. Claimed strengths: with a 5 degree rake angle for a better quality on the underside of the edge (free of breakout), and laser cutting to reduce the noise level. The series comprises 2 versions: outside diameter from 250 to 300 mm, bore of 30 mm, cutting width of 3.2 mm and number of teeth from 80 to 96. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW).
