HW spiral cutterheads LEUCO, Planing cutterheads are intended for stationary machining centres. They are used for cutting to length, pre-planing, facing, rebating and copy routing solid wood and plywood. What the LEUCO design provides: with 4-edge reversible inserts, 2 carbide end scribers, reduced cutting force through the helical arrangement of the inserts, and an aluminium tool body. What the manufacturer highlights: easy machining, minimum cutting force with a reduced noise level, and high hogging capacity. This range covers 2 versions: outside diameter of 80 mm, bore of 30 mm, cutting width from 80 to 100 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW).
