HW through-hole drill bits LEUCO, with margin are aimed at hand drills, automatic drilling machines and CNC machining centres. The tool is used for drilling through holes in solid wood and wood-based materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: roof-point cut Z=2, 60 degrees, brazed in HW, cylindrical shank with flat, and helix with margin. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: clean, tidy bit withdrawal thanks to the helix with margin. The range comes in 16 versions: drilling diameter from 5 to 8 mm, shank from 8 to 10 mm, overall length from 55.5 to 70 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW).
