Description

HW tilting head tool bodies LEUCO are intended for spindle moulders. They are used for chamfering, facing and rebating with an adjustable chamfer angle in solid wood and in veneered and laminated wood-based materials. What the LEUCO design provides: straight cut without shear cut and cutting material: HW HL Board 05. This range covers 4 versions: outside diameter from 120 to 160 mm, bore from 30 to 50 mm, cutting width from 40 to 50 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Notes on use: use against the feed, rebate with the additional trimming plate, and chamfer angle adjustable up to 60 degrees.
