HW tongue-and-groove tool bodies LEUCO are intended for moulders and spindle moulders. They are used for tongue-and-groove work in solid wood. What the LEUCO design provides: straight cut without shear cut and n = 5,700 - 9,800 rpm. What the manufacturer highlights: a constant profile thanks to the reversible inserts. This range covers 2 versions: outside diameter of 135 mm, bore of 30 mm, cutting width from 50 to 60 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Notes on use: use against the feed, the clamping is set with rings acting on the lateral movement of the insert (see the accessories list), and factory setting at the joint root: 0.3 mm.
