HW twist bits LEUCO finds its place on hand drills, automatic drilling machines and CNC machining centres. Its field of use covers breakout-free drilling of blind holes in solid wood and wood-based panels. Construction features stated: a centring point, cutting Ø = shank Ø, 2 spurs, negative sharpening, and a margined helix. Stated strong points: perfect centring from the centring point, clean and tidy bit withdrawal from the margined helix, good chip removal from the non-stick coating, and breakout-free drilling from the spurs with negative sharpening. The range comes in 19 versions: drilling diameter from 4 to 12 mm, shank from 4 to 12 mm, overall length from 70 to 155 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW).
