Hydro clamping systems Ø 160 mm LEUCO, cutters are part of the LEUCO tool programme for machining wood and panels. The tool is used for mounting bore-type tools. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: hardened steel clamping, max. speed = 9,000 rpm, a sealed hydraulic system with two pressure zones, and pressure zone 1: for play-free mounting of the system on the drive shaft (flatness). Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: excellent tool life thanks to high flatness and concentricity precision, high flatness precision after every tool change, improved machine uptime thanks to simple, fast tool changing, and maintenance-free operation. The range comes in 1 version: diameter of 160 mm. To consider before ordering: right-hand and left-hand rotation, specially suited to precision motors with a hexagonal drive, and for a tool change the connecting hose Ident-No. 058250 must be used.
