Plywood
Description
Ilomba Twin-ply stands out for its selected ilomba (Pycnanthus angolensis) face veneers, which give the panel a very smooth surface. Both faces are graded BB/BB (III/III) under EN 635-2. Made in Gabon by Rougier, this plywood is calibrated, sanded front and back and assembled with a class 3 phenolic glue (EN 314-2). Its density is around 500 kg/m³, ± 10%. CE marking is limited to non-structural uses according to EN 13986. The applications given are caravan components, shopfitting, carpentry and paper overlay substrates. Five thicknesses — 8, 10, 12, 15 and 18 mm — are manufactured in 2500 × 1220 mm and in 3100 × 1300 mm. FSC 100% certification is handed over on request; EUTR and EUDR compliance is declared. The species used for the inner plies is not specified by the manufacturer.
