Inspection sheets module of the Herakles ERP

Description

This module formalises the checks applied to the company's various processes: inspecting parts during manufacture, receiving purchased goods or signing off the milestones of a project. Sheet templates are defined freely, one per type of check, and take an unlimited number of check points and characteristics. To carry out a check, the operator starts from a predefined template or builds a new sheet, then records the results point by point; entry can be done on a mobile device using the publisher's own mobility solution. Summary reports and statistics are then built specifically for each type of check. The module can be used on its own or alongside the Quality module that handles non-conformances. Combined with the Workflow module, it links the electronic document management files by producing spreadsheets and then sheets in PDF format.
