Description
KEIM Lignosil-Verano is a mineral patina based on sol-silicate for exterior wooden façades and cladding. It gives wood a greyed, weathered appearance from the moment of application and helps reduce visual differences between exposed and sheltered areas. Its colour chart offers natural shades, light and deep greys as well as metallic effects. The final appearance depends in particular on the wood, its exposure and the number of coats applied. With a matt, non-film-forming finish, Lignosil-Verano is applied in one or two coats, including by an industrial coating process. Its transparency can be adjusted with KEIM Lignosil-Verano-DL. The product is certified Cradle to Cradle Certified® Full Scope Silver, Material Health Gold and Circularity Silver according to version 5.0, and bears the Blue Angel label DE-UZ 12a. Lignosil-Verano is a decorative patina: it does not constitute water protection compliant with NF EN 927-2.
