Description
Scierie Béal produces solid timber framing members for timber-frame houses (MOB) and modern buildings. They are offered in Fir/Spruce treated to use class 2 (yellow) or in Douglas fir with sapwood, planed all four sides, in C18/C24 grade. Sections run from 45×95 to 45×220 mm, in lengths from 5 to 6 m. Grown in sustainably managed upland forests in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, these slow-grown timbers offer above-average mechanical properties. Certified PEFC, Bois de France and CE, they guarantee a local origin and a dimensional stability suited to the demands of timber construction.
