Description

Opaque water-based protective paint, formulated on an acrylic base for timber exposed to the weather. It is intended for exterior structures such as roof boarding, exposed trusses, exterior doors or fencing, whose figure it conceals while still letting the substrate breathe. The film obtained remains elastic, regulates moisture and keeps a satin appearance once dry. The formulation meets the requirements of DIN EN 71-3 on the safety of toys, in accordance with Directive 2009/48/EC, which allows it to be used on structures in contact with children. Beyond the fifteen colours of the standard range, the Koralan tinting system makes almost all of the RAL and NCS references available. The product is registered with the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) under code 72Y8RR. Indicative coverage is around 160 ml/m² in two to three coats.
