Description
Water-based acrylic woodstain designed for two distinct uses. Indoors, it protects timber from stains, dirt and dust and clearly reduces the natural yellowing of the material. Outdoors, it counters the effects of sun and rain thanks to pigments with high light fastness and to a specific UV absorber. It is used on timber ceilings, panelling, windows and doors. For exterior application, the manufacturer recommends prior treatment with the Koralan Imprägnier-Grund Farblos impregnating primer. The finish is highly transparent, low in smell and dries quickly, which allows several passes in the same day. The product meets the requirements of DIN EN 71-3 on the safety of toys, under Directive 2009/48/EC. Twenty colours are available, supplemented by the manufacturer's tinting system. Coverage: about 160 ml/m² in two coats.
