Description
Clear water-based protective primer, intended for the treatment of softwoods installed outdoors out of ground contact, which will then receive a decorative finish such as a woodstain, a paint or a varnish. Exterior cladding, gates, pergolas, exterior windows and doors fall within its field of use. Used as part of a system with the manufacturer's woodstains, it guarantees an even appearance of the finish by evening out the absorbency of the substrate. The film formed is protected against blue stain and mould. The product fills the pores of the wood, sands easily and improves both the durability and the adhesion of the following coats; it dries quickly and remains low in smell. It is registered with the German Sustainable Building Council under code 5AO1C7. Coverage is between 120 and 140 ml/m². Two pack sizes are offered: 0.75 and 2.5 litres.
