Description
This water-thinnable acrylic concentrate belongs to the same family as Koralan UK 100 and is aimed at the same decorative production colouring applications: formwork beams, scaffold boards and pallets. It is used on industrially produced timber components and wood-based materials. Four application methods are provided for: brush, dipping, flow coating, and passing through an automatic brushing machine or a Vacumat plant. From the operator's point of view, the product stands out for its rapid dissolution in water, its high concentration and a short drying time that quickly frees up storage space. It causes no blocking between stacked pieces, limits grain raising of the wood and regulates moisture. Its smell, faint on application, disappears once the film is dry.
