Wood paints
Description
White acrylic-based intermediate coat, supplied ready to spray, designed for the industrial coating of timber intended for exterior use. Its function is to block the coloured constituents of the wood that migrate to the surface and spoil the light-coloured finishes applied afterwards. It is used on workshop-made timber components and wood-based materials, between the primer and the topcoat of the system. The ready-to-use format removes the thinning step and makes the setting of spray plant more reliable, which limits variation between batches. The data sheet indicates neither the coverage nor the additional application methods, details to be confirmed with the manufacturer according to the equipment used. It is supplied in a 20 litre drum, a format suited to a workshop finishing line.
