Description
Product specialised in the control of wood-boring insects, used for eradication as well as for prevention under the Ib and Iv methods. It treats infestations of house longhorn beetle, furniture beetle and powderpost beetle in load-bearing and non-load-bearing timber components, in accordance with DIN 68800-3 and 4 and ÖNORM B3802-3 and 4. Its fields of use cover roof trusses, timber structures, staircases, doors, furniture, antiques, half-timbered houses and log buildings; it is suitable for hardwoods as well as softwoods. The manufacturer states an important restriction: curative measures on load-bearing or bracing structures that are structurally critical, as well as the treatment of extensive infestations or of valuable wooden objects, may be carried out only by specialists experienced in wood preservation. Biocidal product authorised under Regulation 528/2012: read the label before use.
