Stationary saws
Description
With the 250 BEL Optima, Larenn combines the manual vertical panel saw with a retractable frame with its Optima sawdust recovery system. Four chutes connected to a manifold integrated into the frame capture dust at each of the four vertical cutting points, a retractable side chute handles horizontal cuts, and a pneumatic flap automatically opens the correct circuit depending on the blade position. Two 100 mm outlets allow connection to an external extraction unit. The 4 kW three-phase 400 V motor with an electromagnetic brake drives a 250 mm carbide blade at 5,400 rpm, for a 60 mm cutting depth. Slat retraction is automatic, the transport rollers are controlled by three pedals, and the fold-down intermediate rail measures 3,000 mm. Five sizes are available, from 3,100 × 1,600 mm to 7,000 × 2,200 mm. Options: twin-blade scorer, pneumatic plunge, two-speed motor, variable speed drive, digital readouts, grooving stop, and metal slats.
