Larenn 250 BLX vertical panel saw with automatic traverse 1
Stationary saws

Description

The 250 BLX adds automatic traverse of the saw unit and the beam to the Larenn vertical panel saw, with three feed speeds of 10, 15 and 20 m/min and a return at 20 m/min. Blade plunge and carriage clamping are handled by pneumatic cylinders. The one-piece welded steel frame takes a 5.5 hp 400 V three-phase motor with electromagnetic brake, a 24 V control circuit and a 250 mm carbide blade with a 30 mm bore turning at 5 400 rpm, for a cutting depth of 60 mm. Batten retraction is automatic, the transport rollers are operated by three foot pedals, the folding intermediate rail is 3 000 mm long and five stops preset the horizontal cuts, with a 400 mm repeat stop. Sawdust collection in horizontal cutting is optimised, with two 100 mm outlets. Five cutting sizes are offered, from 3 100 × 1 600 mm to 7 000 × 2 200 mm. A scoring unit, a frequency drive and digital displays are available as options.
