Description
The 250 BLY and 300 BLY are the Larenn semi-automatic vertical panel saws, presented as "zero dust" machines: the manufacturer guarantees less than 0.00035 g of dust per m³ and notes that the equipment may qualify for CARSAT funding. The Opticoupe software is built into the control panel: the operator enters the required dimension on the touch screen, the saw unit moves to size and plunges automatically, only the left-to-right travel remaining manual. Opticoupe works out cutting plans across several sizes and materials, allows for edging thicknesses and handles stock, reusable offcuts, panel turning and label printing. The industrial control panel carries a 10 inch LED-backlit capacitive screen, a quad-core Intel Atom processor, an IP66 rating and a USB port for importing cutting plans. A Zebra direct thermal label printer, 104 mm wide, is fitted below the screen; another position is possible at no extra cost, subject to consultation with the manufacturer.
