Description
The AL920 is the Larenn glazing press for the book-fold assembly of aluminium sliding units. The glass is set down vertically, at 85°, on a pneumatically retractable roller track fitted with rubber-covered rollers; the work surface, faced with polyethylene glide strips, is then tilted to the horizontal by two cylinders. A central turntable with rubber pads, adjustable in height over four positions, lifts and swivels the glass so that the neoprene gasket can be fitted. Two moving beams driven by four cylinders press the profiles with a force of 400 kg and accurate squaring, over a capacity of 2 500 × 2 500 mm and a permissible load of 150 kg when tilting. Three floor pedals and two joysticks on an enclosed control panel operate the functions at 7 bar; an interlock prevents tilting if the conveyor is not extended. Three versions are available: the tilting AL920B, the AL920MB with a 400 mm pneumatic rise and the fixed horizontal AL920H without tilting. Options: a 250 kg payload, 3 000 mm clamping, two-hand control and a gasket dispenser.
