Larenn backrest roller conveyor for frame transfer and storage

Description

The Larenn backrest roller conveyor is used to transfer frames upright from one station to the next, or to buffer them during manufacture. The 50 mm diameter carrying rollers, at 200 mm centres, are in PVC (zinc-plated steel as an option); the backrest takes either 28 mm roller bars or polyethylene glide strips. The sections are delivered knocked down in 2 000 mm lengths: a starting section has two uprights and two cross braces, an add-on section a single upright without a brace, and assembling them forms a transfer line of the required length. Two roller widths are available, 200 and 400 mm. The uprights are available with or without a swan neck, which leaves a 50 × 100 mm opening for weather bars and sill members. Overall height 1 870 mm, width 650 mm, rollers 230 mm above the floor, uprights adjustable over 50 mm.
