Description

The PJ200S is a mobile bag filter dust collector supplied by Larenn for panel saw extraction, ATEX compliant for use in zones 21 and 22. It works under negative pressure with a 4 kW sound-insulated high-efficiency fan, for a capacity of 3 600 m³/h and a suction of 2 930 Pa, at a noise level of 74 dB(A). Its 41 antistatic polyester felt sleeves give 15 m² of filter area; an economiser cleans the sleeves row by row in reverse flow, which keeps the air flow constant. The extraction connection is 200 mm and the 250 litre bin on castors takes LDPE bags. The galvanised structure, 1 675 × 1 000 × 2 185 mm, weighs 400 kg. A level detector, a remote control box, start-up interlocked with the saw, a non-return flap, an explosion vent and a sprinkler are all included. The unit must be sited outdoors or in a separate plant room, at the buyer's expense; in the indoor version the clean air outlet is limited to 1 m from the filter.
