Description

The PL970 is a Larenn glazing and inspection press for the assembly, glazing, finishing and checking of timber and PVC frames. It combines a fixed beam, manually retractable and placed on the left or the right to suit the customer's line, with a manually moved beam on which the frames are clamped pneumatically. The moving frame rises and falls pneumatically over 500 mm to bring the work to a comfortable height. The 200 mm wide PVC roller conveyor leaves clearance for wide sills; the beams are 2 300 mm high and two usable pressing widths are offered, 2 500 and 3 500 mm. The data sheet states the feeding arrangement for each configuration: at the end of the line with a non-retractable fixed beam, or from the front with a manually retractable fixed beam. A removable intermediate beam and infeed or outfeed conveyors complete the installation. The PL972 and PL974 follow the same principle with two retractable beams.
