Larenn PL972 glazing press with retractable beams for timber and PVC

Description

Designed for through-feed working in mid-line, the PL972 is the twin retractable beam version of the Larenn glazing and inspection press for timber and PVC frames. The fixed beam and the manually moved beam retract individually, under pneumatic control, into the plane of the moving frame, so that joinery units pass from one station to the next without being unloaded. Clamping of the frames on the moving beam is pneumatic and the moving frame is height adjustable over 500 mm, also by cylinder. The 200 mm wide PVC roller conveyor, with clearance for wide sills, guides the frames along the 2 300 mm high beams; the usable pressing width is 2 500 or 3 500 mm depending on the version. Infeed or outfeed conveyors connect the press to the neighbouring stations. In the same range, the PL974 adds centred and synchronised beams moved by cylinders.
