Description
When jointing panels, wear concentrates in the area of the outer layers: edge quality degrades and tool changes multiply. The Diamaster EdgeExpert extendable jointing cutters get around the problem by offsetting the opening between the two cutters, which brings still intact cutting zones opposite the coating. Tool life is multiplied by up to ten, edge chipping disappears and setting costs fall by about 60 %. The Hydro-Duo sleeves provide maximum concentricity and flatness, with no play, which serves zero-joint technology. An RFID chip provides automatic tool recognition and the diamond tips guarantee long life. In the synchronous adjustment version, no axial spindle setting is required once the width has been adjusted. Custom versions can be made.
