Description
On Z3+3 type router bits, the offset cutting edges cap the productivity and quality achieved in panel sizing and grooving. Diamaster PRO3 and PLUS3 bits apply true Z3 technology: the cutting edges are arranged without gaps, which increases the number of teeth actually engaged. Feed speeds increase by up to 50%, tool life as well, and the edges come out clean on both the top and bottom, with no rework or position correction on the workpiece. Chip evacuation limits residues to be cleaned before bonding. The PRO3 version, resharpenable up to three times, covers diameters from 12 to 16 mm and targets nesting applications; the PLUS3 version, resharpenable up to twelve times, covers 16 to 20 mm and is intended for large production runs. The brazed tips are diamond.
