Description
Producing facade cladding in aluminium composite panels means milling large quantities of V-grooves, with constant accuracy to guarantee a clean fold. The Diamaster WhisperCut prismatic rebate tool holder was designed for this operation. Its light aluminium body eases the load on the spindle and lowers energy consumption, while WhisperCut technology cuts noise emissions by up to 5 dB(A) compared with a standard rebate tool holder. The diamond cutting elements avoid any reworking of the edge and can be reground up to six times. Diameters are made to measure. The tool fits the usual machines and units and allows high feed speeds, for short production times. It suits composite materials of the Alucobond, Alucore, Dibond or Reynobond type, and remains quickly available.
