Description
The variety of substrates and decors used in the furniture industry puts sizing tools under heavy strain. The DT Premium compact hogger has been redesigned to answer this: its new tooth form maintains a long tool life even in difficult conditions, and the cutting width stays constant throughout the life of the tool. The redesigned chip pockets and the integrated deflector clear chips efficiently, leaving the edges and the core of the panel free of residue. A noise-damping element fitted to the body reduces noise and vibration. The tool can be reground up to fifteen times thanks to an extended regrinding zone, which cuts processing costs by about 20 %. Two tooth profiles are available, the cutting edges are in diamond, and the tool suits all the usual panel types.
