Description
Without a scoring unit, cutting coated panels quickly reaches its limits: the edges chip on the exit side. The FineCut circular saw blade answers this need through a tooth geometry that produces clean edges above as well as below, with no prior scoring. The scoring unit becomes unnecessary, which does away with the settings that go with it and shortens the machining cycle. The diamond cutting edges give a long tool life and consistent quality from one panel to the next; the blade can be reground three times. Plastic-filled laser ornaments improve stability and smooth running. Offered from 250 to 350 mm in diameter, it is used on standard saws and on vertical panel saws. Leitz particularly recommends it for chipboard and fibreboard coated with plastic or melamine. Available from stock.
