Description
The production of windows, doors or furniture requires a profiling system that is both productive, precise and adaptable. The ProfilCut Q range brings together, within one family, interchangeable and resharpenable knives, in carbide as well as diamond, which can be combined within the same tooling set. Automatic knife positioning eliminates setting aids and shortens setup times; the knives can be changed on the assembled tool set and the clamping elements are protected from dust. The closed, well-balanced lightweight-alloy body reduces vibrations and noise emissions. Cutting speeds reach 120 m/s on the Premium and Diamond versions. The series covers the Q, Q Premium, Q PLUS, Q PLUS Premium and Q Diamond variants, and processes solid wood, wood-based materials, plastics, aluminum and composites.
