Leitz thin-kerf circular saw blades combine a very narrow kerf with smooth surfaces, directly suitable for gluing, with no additional finishing. The hubless body and zero-play interface limit vibrations and improve running behavior; a specific coating prevents resin and chips from sticking. The stable body design extends service life by around 30%, while material yield and high feed speeds provide nearly 25% additional productivity. The blades are assembled in sets and exchanged as complete sets; they can be resharpened several times. They are used in softwoods as well as hardwoods and are available from stock.
