Description

LEUCODIA Profiler grooving cutter, T-slot profiles is aimed at CNC machines. The tool is used for profiling raw and coated wood-based materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: sharpening zone 2.0 mm and with axial angle. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: no tooth overlap marks thanks to the use of one-piece diamond tips, excellent cut quality in MDF thanks to the polished tooth faces, and optimal edge quality thanks to the axial angle. The range comes in 4 versions: shank from 12 to 25 mm, overall length from 70 to 90 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To consider before ordering: special versions, at extra cost: version with opposed axial angle (Z = 1+1), Z = 2 version, different shank lengths, topline, that is a fine grinding of the cutting edges.
