Description
LEUCODIA Profiler wood cutter, raised panel profile is designed for use on CNC machines. Its field of application covers the profiling of raw and coated wood-based materials. Stated design features: sharpening zone 2.0 mm and with axial angle. Claimed strengths: no tooth recutting marks through the use of one-piece diamond tips, excellent cutting quality in MDF thanks to the polished tooth faces and optimal edge quality thanks to the axial angle. The series comprises 8 versions: shank from 16 to 25 mm, overall length from 78 to 110 mm and 1 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: special designs, at extra cost: design with opposed axial angle (Z = 1+1), Z = 2 design, different shank lengths, topline, that is a fine grinding of the cutting edges.
