Description
110 kg/m³ wood-fibre insulation panel designed for exterior insulation above rafters, the only application declared by the manufacturer for this reference. The declared thermal conductivity is 0.038 W/(m·K), the best in the rigid Lignatherm range. The water vapour diffusion factor µ is 3, the specific heat capacity 2,100 J/(kg·K) and the reaction to fire classified E according to EN 13501. The compressive stress at 10% deformation is 50 kPa and the tensile strength perpendicular to the panel plane 5 kPa, values to be checked against roof loads. Thicknesses range from 40 to 240 mm: up to 120 mm the useful format is 1,320 × 600 mm; beyond that it becomes 1,305 × 585 mm. The standard designation is WF-EN 13171-T4-CS(10Y)50-TR2.5-WS2.0-MU3-AFr30. Swiss production in Küssnacht am Rigi.
