Description
Mb Rock Premium is the high-performance product in the ROCKWOOL range of insulation for timber frame walls. Like Mb Rock, it is installed between structural studs and has a flexible edge that adjusts to common stud spacings without cutting. Its declared thermal conductivity λ of 0.032 W/(m·K), combined with a density of 65 kg/m³, makes it possible to reach the target thermal resistances within the depth available in the frame, with no added build-up. The board is semi-rigid under the ACERMI criterion, non-combustible Euroclass A1, with an A+ indoor air emissions rating. Eleven product codes cover thicknesses from 95 to 200 mm in three widths, 365, 565 and 590 mm, for thermal resistances from 2.95 to 6.25 m²·K/W. This range of widths makes it possible to follow the stud spacings found in prefabrication as well as on site.
