Description
Mb Rock Pro is a single-density stone wool board for insulating timber frame construction between structural studs. Its dimensions are matched to common stud spacings, which allows the panels to be filled without cutting. Its density of 40 kg/m³ makes it the lightest board in the Mb Rock family, which matters when filling prefabricated walls by hand in the workshop. The declared thermal conductivity λ is 0.035 W/(m·K) and the product is semi-rigid under the ACERMI criterion, non-combustible Euroclass A1, with an A+ indoor air emissions rating. Seven product codes cover thicknesses from 95 to 220 mm in 575 mm width, for thermal resistances between 2.7 and 6.25 m²·K/W. The board is eligible for the Rockcycle offcut take-back service.
