Description

Monoblock shank cutter HSK 63E with HW reversible knives LEUCO is aimed at cutting centres and CNC machines. The tool is used for facing, rebating and sizing softwoods and hardwoods, glued laminated timber, wood-based materials and panels as well as plasterboard and laminated veneer beech, free of chipping and bumps. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: curved triangular reversible knives with knives cutting from bottom to top and from top to bottom, and a monoblock version with no interface. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: facing and rebating with not the slightest chipping, thanks to the curved reversible knives there are no bumps on the machined surface, excellent surface and edge quality, and very high hogging performance. The range comes in 1 version: outside diameter of 80 mm, overall length of 280.5 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW).
