Applications intended by the manufacturer: the chip-free drilling of through holes in solid wood and wood-based materials. Design details given by the manufacturer: special cutting geometry and micro-grain carbide drilling head. Benefits claimed in use: chip-free drilling thanks to a special cutting geometry, improved tool life thanks to the carbide drilling point and process reliability provided by consistent quality. The article group brings together 24 versions: drilling diameter from 5 to 10 mm, shank of 10 mm, overall length from 57.5 to 70 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: adjusting screw Ident-No. 001600 M5x10 DIN 551 for accurate length setting included in the delivery, adjusting screw Ident-No. 186017 M5x11.5 for the Weeke quick-clamping drill chuck to be ordered separately, and mounting: Kombi system chuck, quick-change chuck.
