Description
Mühlböck steaming chambers and combined chambers provide the thermal treatment of timber by steaming, with a targeted and uniform colouring — a decisive quality criterion, particularly for hardwoods. The expertise of Mühlböck's research and development department guarantees results that can be reproduced at any time, including for demanding steaming runs: extremely light shades or precise, consistent colour settings. The steaming chamber treats the timber with steam to even out and fix the shade, while the combined chamber brings steaming and drying together in a single installation, so that the two stages follow on without transfer. Available in 1306 Lite and 1306 Pro versions, the range is aimed at hardwood sawmills and timber industry operators looking for fine, reproducible control of colour, either alongside or ahead of drying.
