Description

Muiracatiara is a Brazilian hardwood that Guillemette & Cie includes in its range of timbers imported from South America. The manufacturer intends it for wood flooring and decking, two applications that make the most of tropical species in indoor as well as outdoor floor coverings. The company supplies it as sawn timber cut to order: the dimensions are set with the buyer and prepared to order. The volumes are selected from sustainably managed forests, with the help of partner suppliers. The availability of FSC or PEFC certification is conditional: it concerns only explicitly identified batches and must be confirmed ahead of each order rather than assumed across the whole range.
